.Classic Training, also called Old School Training, uses compound exercises and calisthenics to stimulate your body to release natural hormones — testosterone, hGH, and IGF-1

(Hormones are essential to life. They control growth, development, metabolism, energy balance, homeostasis, reproduction, mood and cognition. Testosterone increases muscle mass, improves bone density, and aids in motivation and libido.
